M&A Analyst:in (m/f/d) in Munich
Your tasks:
- Independently prepare short profiles and information memoranda including the analysis of income statements, balance sheets as well as cash flow developments of the target companies
- Organization and compilation of the necessary information of the electronic data room and supervision and coordination of the due diligence process
- Evaluation and analysis of offers including ongoing reporting for M&A processes
- Evaluation of data sets to derive operational and strategic courses of action
- Transfer of research and analyses into meaningful charts
- Preparation of market and competitor analyses as a basis for strategic positioning recommendations
Your profile:
- Successfully completed bachelor?s or master?s degree with a business focus
- Various internships in the field of M&A and/or corporate finance are an advantage
- You are familiar with calculation methods such as DCF, WACC or FCF
- You have a high degree of independence, commitment, initiative and flexibility
- You enjoy working in an international environment
- German language skills on a native level as well as a good negotiation skills in English

We are looking for interns (m/f/d) with a successful academic career in business administration, finance or economics who are interested in the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) market. Duration of the internship – at least 3 months.
WMCF encourages students with professional drive and strong analytical skills, high motivation, and commitment to work in a highly dynamic and entrepreneurial team in Munich.
Your tasks:
- You support the team in the creation of pitch presentations, teasers, and information memoranda.
- You identify potential investors or targets to create longlists / shortlists
- You prepare industry, company and competitor analyses and take over research activities
- You support the creation of integrated financial models and company valuations.
Your profile:
- You are at least in the 5th semester of your bachelor studies.
- You have first relevant experience and/or previous internships in the areas of private equity, corporate finance, or M&A
- You are able to work independently and are highly committed, proactive and flexible
- You are fluent in written and spoken German, have a very good command of English and enjoy working in an international environment
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office products
