We are an independent Munich-based corporate finance / M&A boutique with a focus on the European market and a strong presence in the German-speaking region (DACH). Since our foundation in 2017, we have successfully advised on approximately 100 transactions, primarily in the healthcare sector. The members of our international team have a cumulative transaction experience of over 60 years and more than 400 accompanied transactions in the cross-border M&A market.

Analyst
As an Analyst you are responsible for the largely independent processing of subtasks within a project from the very beginning.

Associate
As an Associate, you will independently handle small to medium-sized projects or sub-projects within the scope of a large project.

Senior Associate
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing medium-sized projects and will be available to our clients as a contact person.

Vice President / Director
As Vice President / Director you will be involved in the acquisition of new mandates in addition to managing projects and leading your project team.

A job decision is always an important step for everyone involved. Therefore, we go through a versatile and individual application process with you, during which we get to know each other better.

If your application convinces us, we will invite you to a first exchange via teams. Here we clarify your motivation and suitability as well as your ability to work in a team and your mindset.

In the second step there will be a further exchange with team members. Here, the first technical topics will be discussed.

If you were able to convince us of your qualities in the first two interviews and we were able to inspire you to join WMCF, then we will meet in person. On this day you will meet the whole team and you will work on a detailed financial case study.

If the interviews are positive for all parties involved in terms of professional, content and personal aspects, you will receive a contract offer from us.
